For over 25 years, Trimmer CS worked with Housing Associations, Councils, Housing Developers and Building Contractors to deliver social housing projects across the UK. Our advice has been valued by our clients on Housing Development, Procurement, and Asset Management, as well as in service delivery, particularly for Older People’s Housing. As well as authoring publications on Asset Management, Procurement, Service Delivery, the Decent Homes Standard, and Extra Care Housing, Trimmer CS worked for over 170 clients. We assisted many of the largest housebuilding companies in the country to win tender bids, and our Compliance Auditing services reviewed a third of the schemes selected for audit in London, and many more outside London.

Our working philosophy has always been to work in close collaboration with our clients and to be part of their team, as far as the specific assignment allows. As a result, our successes have always been our Clients’ successes, and we thank them for their support over so many years. We’ve had a great team working for Trimmer CS over the years and every one of our team members has shown their determination to do our best to help our clients deliver new homes, and to continually improve the way those homes are managed and maintained. Although the company is now closing, it does so only due to Greg Trimmer’s retirement. The closure is a voluntary and solvent dissolution of a successful company. We thank our clients and our team members for helping us achieve 27 years of successful service to the social housing sector.

following the retirement of Greg Trimmer BSc MRICS.
